Ice Cream World was formed in January 1999 by a group of independent ice cream distributors.
The main objective was to offer central invoicing for all major brands of ice cream to major national and regional retailers. In addition, by combining their buying power they could take advantage of preferential terms offered to larger customers by ice cream manufacturers.
All of the members supply the major brands of ice cream – Wall’s, Mars, Nestle, Treats, Cadbury’s, Haagen Dazs and Ben & Jerry’s. They also supply the major national brands of scooping ice cream and many local brands too.
